The list of mandatory documents that you need to upload and keep them ready
1. Soft copy of Birth certificate from municipal corporation.
2. Soft copy of Passport size photo.
3. Soft copy of Family Photo (Applicant with Father and Mother).
4. Soft copy of Baptism Certificate (For Christians only).
5. Aadhar Card No (Mandatory).
After filling up the Application form, applicants are required to pay the Registration Fee to complete the submission process.
Rs 1500/- (One Thousand Five Hundred Only) (NON-REFUNDABLE) will be charged as registration fee.
Payment link will be available on the provided WhatsApp/Email ID after the submission of form.
After making the successful payment you will receive the Registration Form on provided WhatsApp/Email ID, and this confirms that your application has been accepted.
